Hey chris, check your settings

I think yo might need to change the settings in your sub-forums "The World".  I tried posting a new topic and told me only admintrators can post new topics.

Anyways my question is pretty simple, what are the rules and levels for character creation?  Are we creating characters on the 28th, or are we making them ahead time to we can go straight to role-playing?

I'm stoked!  I'm thinking of playing rogue halfling cat burglar/locksmith or a traveling tale-spinner elf with wanderlust.
